Located in the heart of the Mendip Hills in Somerset, Yonder is a modern farmhouse brewery with a mission to create innovative, award-winning beers with a strong sense of time and place. Founded by two brewing professionals, Yonder explores the flavour possibilities of ingredients sourced from their own doorstep and beyond. They are known for their expertise in mixed-fermentation beers, often featuring foraged fruits and local ingredients.
