Born from a decade spent living in Beijing, Yep Kitchen is a London-based company on a mission to bring authentic, Sichuan-inspired flavours to the UK. Founder Tom Palmer started the company to share the bold, umami-rich condiments he came to love while living in China. Yep Kitchen sources key ingredients like Erjingtiao chillies and Sichuan peppercorns directly from Chengdu, ensuring their chilli oils and ferments deliver an authentic taste.
