Oliver's Cider and Perry is an independent cider maker based in the heart of Herefordshire, run by the acclaimed cider producer Tom Oliver. A figurehead in the world of traditional cider, Tom has been making natural ciders and perries since 1999, using the apples and pears grown on his family's farm. The philosophy at Oliver's is one of minimal intervention. Tom believes in letting the fruit do the talking, using wild yeasts and traditional fermentation methods to create ciders and perries that are a pure and honest expression of the Herefordshire terroir. The result is a range of award-winning drinks that are complex, full-flavoured, and a true taste of the countryside
