The grapes underwent a manual harvest, and were then destemmed and crushed together, before being left to soak for five days before being pressed to stainless steel and concrete tanks and one Georgian Qvevri, and left to age for eight months before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a brilliant cherry hued wine, bright, juicy, textural and long lived on the palate, with a twist of cranberry lassi.
