All put together by Dan and Nicola of Offbeat Wines. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine pours a vibrant ruby colour. Elegant and delicate, with lots of bright red fruit; cranberry, raspberries, a hint of creaminess and a smoky note from the barrels, all with a long juicy finish. A fun, joyful wine that works well on a hot sunny day or equally, a colder autumnal evening. It will continue to develop in bottle for a number of years and is best enjoyed very slightly chilled. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes underwent a semi carbonic maceration in fibreglass for three weeks before everything was then pressed and transferred to old Burgundy barrels, where it was aged for nine months before being bottled according to the biodynamic calendar. The fermentation started spontaneously with wild yeasts present on our grapes.
