Konrad loves rescuing old parcels of vines, managing to slowly acquire around 25 hectares. From vinifying his first vintage under a tree in a corner of the vineyard, to renting space in Arboras village, he has now built his own winery. Terraces du Larzac is a paradise for organic grape growing and Konrad achieved AOC status in 2014. All of his grapes are hand harvested, wild fermented with no additives, apart from SO2 added at bottling. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlouge is a wonderfully wild creation, crafted from white wine juice fermented on whole red grape clusters. The result is a bright, fruity light red with a mineral freshness and aromatic finish. Cult status!
