You're probably just about beered-out with all the incredible London Beer City action happening all over town right now, but hold your nerve and keep going to the end of the week and then some - because THE MOA HAS LANDED.
We've brought over some amazing beers from our friends at the multi-award-winning Moa Brewing Company in New Zealand. The beers are all from Moa's top-shelf Reserve and Special Reserves ranges and many have never made it to the UK before, including vintage sours and delicious new IPAs jam-packed to the gunnels with Kiwi hops... They'll be making their debut at ours on Thursday 20th and we'd love you to be there. Spaces are limited so head here to reserve your free tasting ticket.
A little more about Moa - it was founded back in 2003 in Marlborough, New Zealand (home of great wine) by all-round good sort Josh Scott, the son of one of the region's top winemakers Allan Scott.
Our connection with Moa goes back to 2010, when Jen started working with them in her former life as a PR director, and this ignited her passion for craft beer. (Cheers guys!) It's fair to say Moa could be a challenging client at times, with a taste for controversy even then, but one thing they've never wavered on is their commitment to truly great beer.
Josh's heritage and history working in wine (he was a three-time finalist for Australasian Young Winemaker of the Year) means he takes a winemaker's approach to brewing, including methode traditionelle techniques, which comes across in the handcrafted and extremely drinkable beers he and his team create.
We're really excited to bring these beers to the UK and know you're going to love them. We hope you'll be able to join us on the 20th for an exclusive first taste.
