Spring has properly sprung and our thoughts turn to... cheese, of course! We've nabbed the master of mongers, cheese connoisseur Ned Palmer, for a night of new season cheeses and seasonal beers.
Ned says: "The new season of goat’s and sheep’s cheeses has begun - light fluffy Sleightlets and fruity Berkswells among others. It’s also time to go for the lighter flavours of young fresh cheeses to suit the warm weather, if and when it gets here.
"Put the wine on hold - seasonal cheeses deserve seasonal beers. Replace your rose with a raspberry lambic, your champagne with a zingy hefeweizen or your dry white with a nice sharp gueuze."
This event will sell out, so get in early to reserve your spot to enjoy exciting new cheese and beer combinations with cheese expert, moustache man and raconteur extraordinaire Ned Palmer. Tickets are £20 and available here.
