With the imminent departure of our wonderful Grace who leaves us in April to pursue adventures in Europe, we are seeking a dynamic and organised Online & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
This part-time role is based at our Peckham warehouse, although there is also the added option of occasional shifts in our physical stores as well.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter and feel comfortable working on their own as well as part of a team. They will be responsible for:
- Online operations - monitoring, packing and fulfilling online orders promptly; liaising with our courier partners to ensure smooth service
- Inventory management - receiving deliveries from suppliers, arranging transfers to stores, stocktaking, updating our inventory software (Lightspeed)
- Customer service - ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and expert advice (in-person, phone, email or online chat)
- Web store product management - updating product listings and imagery on our online store platform (Shopify)
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, ideally with some experience working with e-commerce and POS platforms (although training will be provided), exceptional attention to detail and process, and great organisational and communication skills. An interest in the products we sell is also a bonus.
The role is 3 days per week, Mon-Wed at our warehouse, with occasional shifts at our Peckham/East Dulwich and Deptford shops if desired (shop shifts may include weekends).
The starting salary is £27,500 pro rata and benefits include company pension, generous staff discounts, staff training and events, and birthday leave on top of full statutory leave entitlement. We have a fantastic, welcoming team and also great neighbours who share our warehouse facility.
